**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients with chronic, acute, or terminal conditions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patients’ health after hospital discharge.
- Offer guidance, reassurance, and expert advice throughout the patient's recovery journey.
- Assist in enrolling and onboarding new patients into the care system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical/Medical/Biology or related fields.
- Preferred specialisations**:Paramedics, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Dietetics**.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and articulation abilities.
- Strong active listening and empathy-driven engagement.
- Genuine passion for patient well-being and continuous care.

**Language Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: English and Hindi fluency.
- **Preferred**: Fluency in **Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam** is a strong plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
