The Demi Chef de Parties - Cold Section is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality cold dishes including salads, appetizers, cold meats, and dressings in accordance with established standards. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie to ensure food quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene standards are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and plate cold items such as salads, appetizers, terrines, dressings, and canapés as per menu specifications.
- Ensure mise place is completed efficiently and maintained throughout service.
- Assist in developing and testing new cold dishes and menu items.
- Ensure food presentation and portioning are consistent with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for the cold section and communicate shortages to the Chef de Parties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold section area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Label and store all food items properly to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- Assist other kitchen sections as needed, particularly during busy periods.
- Follow all kitchen policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and waste control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
