**Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)**

**Role Summary**:
The Demi Chef de Partie supports the CDP in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes. This role is hands-on and essential for maintaining consistency, efficiency, and high culinary standards in the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in your assigned section.
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Support the CDP and take responsibility for the section in their absence.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
- Basic culinary training or certification preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
