Collaborate with North American and Canadian clients to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans tailored to our North American and Canadian client's needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including offshore teams, to ensure smooth execution and seamless transition.
- Communicate updates, progress, and risks effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings, address issues, and provide guidance for successful implementation during implementation phase.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to internal team and client's during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in project coordination or implementation management, specifically with North American and Canadian clients.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working with clients in North America and Canada.
- Proficiency in software and tools commonly used like zoom, excel, google doc, creating minutes of meeting.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing challenges with clients.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
