**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain RAID documents for each Internal/client project - better tracking of issue identification and resolution times, enhanced action item tracking.**—**
- Maintain calendars for individual opportunities/workstreams.**—**
- Opportunity tracking in Jira - coordinator can build and maintain individual action items for each project.**—**
- Enhanced tracking will enable enhanced reporting.**—**
- Individual project updates and reporting - Develop reports for review with Director prior to sharing with clients and prospects.**—**
- Follow-up on individual action items - reach out one-on-one for resolution of individual items.**—**
- If offshore, interface in-person with development and operations teams for issue resolution and creation of bot demos.**—**
- Team-level project meetings - Attend internal team meetings and provide updates for Director.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
