Job Title: Client Co-Ordinator (Fresher)

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Understand client needs through regular communication and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to promote growth and expansion.
- Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and renewals with clients.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring goals are met and clients are satisfied.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Leverage coding skills to understand client technical requirements and provide valuable solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status, opportunities, and challenges to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic coding knowledge (any language like Python, Java, or C++ is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic project management tools.
- A proactive attitude, with a passion for building client relationships and solving challenges.
