**What you’ll be doing.**
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Betting Services team. You will need to be able to work in a challenging environment ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service throughout. Our work is mission critical; we are on the front line for our clients in delivering world class sports content for the purposes of consumer video and trading data delivery.
This challenging role will require the individual to work as part of a global and regional team, but also on their own initiative and demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills throughout.
**You will be responsible for**
- Support client integrations pertaining to our products and have a strong technical background.
- Support the Betting Services Manager onboarding new clients.
- Work closely with our Global Activation team in the initial set up and activation of betting products.
- Manage the content assignment and allocation for our clients.
- Regularly Audit our systems, content and access details pertaining to our clients.
- Manage and maintain proactive client communications are delivered.
- Work closely with the product teams to ensure continuous improvement is delivered and communicated.
- Manage and track client activations to ensure proper administration is applied to Live and Trial accounts.
- Manage client integration issues and ensure continuous improvement is supported against respective support divisions and product lines.
**What we need from you**
- 1 year minimum experience in a technical web-based environment (streaming & data services)
- Technical knowledge working with Video or Data API’s.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.
- Experience working with Commercial, Product & Support teams.
- General understanding concerning the global sports calendar.
- Sports betting experience
