Job Description: This is the initial claim matching process for workers compensation documents that fail the automated match criteria executed by the scanning vendor during the initial stage. EXL locates the correct claim number using system application and defined criteria. Once the correct claims number is located, it is assigned to the document else other reassignment procedures is followed.

Responsibilities: Essential Functions

  • Analyze, Validate, and Process Transactions: Follow desktop procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of medical bills.
  • Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies: Research and address discrepancies between medical bills and claim details to ensure correct matching and resolution.
  • Resolve Outstanding Items: Proactively investigate and clear any outstanding issues or unmatched items, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Meet Targets and Adhere to SLAs: Ensure that assigned targets are achieved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal performance standards.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure the quality of each processed transaction aligns with predefined parameters set by the Process Excellence team.

Qualifications: Graduation or diploma from a college or university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of education
