Job Title: Customer Service Executive Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Timings: 04:00 AM to 01:00 PM Job Summary: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer. service to our clients. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction. Responsibilities: · Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. · Efficiently resolve customer issues and document interactions. · Provide product information and assist with navigation. · Collaborate with teams for issue escalation and resolution. Qualifications: · Bachelors or Masters (Sales/Marketing/Engineering/ Commerce / Management) · Fresher or Experienced candidates · Excellent English fluency is mandatory. · Strong customer service focus is required. · Excellent telephone etiquettes.
