We are hiring energetic CRM System Administrator with 1-5 years of experience in training a team on any CRM software, who would be interested in giving training on Zoho CRM software, for a renowned and popular furniture manufacturer company in India.

**Experience: 1-5 years**

**Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (on-site)**

**Should have working knowledge of any CRM software who could be able to adept Zoho CRM. Based on it, can train a team about the Zoho CRM software.**

**Interview: Walk-in (Location: Goregaon)**

**Qualification**: Bachelor in any discipline

Role & Responsibility:

- Coordination with Salesperson for their Queries
- Coordination with Management and Internal Team for system related New Requirement/ Changes
- Check all integrations working properly eg. Website Forms / Dial Desk / Chat Bot System / ERP to CRM(Invoices, Products, Customers)
- Coordination with Development team ( New Module Development / Addition and Deletion of Fields / New Integration with any platform / Addition and Deletion of Workflows )
- Check data flowing properly from all online sources
- Training of ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Desk to new salesperson
- Create and manage reports on ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Desk
- Share reports with internal team and salesperson
- Coordination with new vendors for any kind of integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk eg. Dovefost / Dial Desk
- Data/Users security review checklist (Check Profile, Data Sharing Setting, User Reporting)
- Review the reporting permission
- Review the Data export/import
- Review all trigger mails and SMS (Check Workflow)
- Coordination with Zoho Team for New user licenses (Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk)

**Skills**:

- **Working knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sage, SAP, CRMNEXT, etc)**:

- **Experience in giving training about any CRM software**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

Note:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
