**Job Description - Management Trainee CRM & Admin**
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the Senior Management, Executives, and internal/external stakeholders
- Be the first Point of contact at ABNER for Customer Relationship
- Managing Office administrative staff
- Assist in onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records
- Assist CEO’s Office in following up for tasks allocated to senior team members, along with other directives
- MIS Generation, data collation & management, reporting the same to Directors office
- Any other as shared by management from time to time
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Graduate, preferably MBA
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Pleasant personality with professional conduct
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sewri, Mumbai - 400015, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- CRM & Administration: 2 years (preferred)
