**What will you be doing?**

**What we’re looking for**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including testing and user support

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills/experience, and a willingness to support end users and to thoroughly test functionality/integration
- Experience using Salesforce as a user or administrator (preferred, not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communications, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently as part of a multi-location global team - and to quickly (and creatively) close out tasks as required within tight timelines
- Able to map and improve processes and workflows
- Able and willing to analyse data (usually via Excel)
