Job Summary:
The Operations Executive supports the efficient delivery of cleaning and hospitality services at one or multiple sites.
This role involves coordinating operations, managing resources, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting the site supervisor and team to meet client expectations and maintain high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating daily cleaning and hospitality operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and workflow management.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and cost efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning and hospitality standards align with company policies and client requirements.
Staff Support: Assist in training staff on cleaning techniques, hospitality protocols, and safety procedures, while addressing performance or attendance issues.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Data and Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and inventory usage for management review.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery through feedback and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality, business, or facility management is preferred.1-2 years of experience in cleaning, hospitality, or operations, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and staff.
Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, or inventory management tools.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
