**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high-quality service standards, and supporting the implementation of company strategies and objectives. This role involves coordination with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day operations across departments
- Coordinate between sales, purchase, project, and site teams
- Track and manage work orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management
- Assist in streamlining operational processes and follow-ups

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
