**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Support**:
○ Assist in the execution and management of day-to-day operations.

○ Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

○ Coordinate between different departments (sales, finance, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

○ Implement and monitor operational processes and workflows to optimize efficiency.

2. **Process Improvement**:
○ Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the operational processes.

○ Collaborate with teams to propose and implement process enhancements.

○ Suggest improvements to reduce costs and improve operational performance.

3. **Data Management**:
○ Analyze operational data and provide insights on trends, performance, and operational challenges.

○ Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for operational activities.

○ Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

4. **Supplier and Vendor Management**:
○ Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.

○ Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors and service providers.

○ Oversee procurement activities and inventory management, ensuring supplies meet demand.

5. **Customer Service**:
○ Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues affecting customer experience.

○ Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

6. **Project Coordination**:
○ Coordinate and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.

○ Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in operations or related roles.
- **Skills**:
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to work independently and within a team.

○ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

○ Familiarity with ERP software and operational management tools (preferred).

○ Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control

(preferred).

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard working hours.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on operational needs. -Office-based with potential travel to vendor sites or other locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
