Job Summary

The Telecaller Admin Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining customer records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong organizational abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, clients, or customers as per business requirements.
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide appropriate information.
  • Follow communication scripts and maintain professional behaviour at all times.
  • Explain products/services and guide customers through processes.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Handle email correspondence and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain attendance, visitor logs, and office supplies inventory.
  • Assist management with reports, presentations, or data entry tasks.
  • Support HR or Operations team in basic administrative activities as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or admin executive is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
