We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive in Inside Sales
- This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Identify potential leads through market research, online channels, and inbound inquiries
- Utilize various tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services to potential customers
- Qualification:Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to determine if there is a fit with the company's offerings
- Qualify leads based on established criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered
- Articulate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers
- Sales Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects
- Address any objections and concerns raised by potential customers
- Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships
- Sales Targets:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maximize sales goals
- Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns
- Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
