Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Development**:
- Identify and engage with potential customers across diverse industries, including automotive, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Present and demonstrate our advanced lithium-ion battery systems to clients, clearly articulating their benefits and competitive advantages.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert consultation and support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company's growth objectives and values.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and service delivery.
**Public Speaking and Presentations**:
- Deliver impactful presentations at industry events, trade shows, and during client meetings.
- Represent Kairus Energies at conferences and seminars, underscoring our leadership in lithium-ion battery technology.
- Engage with industry stakeholders to boost brand visibility, credibility, and market presence.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Monitor and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and overall sales performance.
- Provide insightful updates to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the battery or energy storage industry.
- Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries and related products.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
