**Job Summary**: The Associate - Communications will support the organization in executing its communication and volunteer engagement strategy. This role will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and ensuring a consistent brand image. The position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and strengthening donor and community relationships.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Communication Strategy and Content Creation**
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive communication plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including articles, images, videos, and other media.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing target audiences to tailor content effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate social media metrics, providing recommendations for improving engagement.

**2. Brand Presence and Visibility**
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all communication platforms.
- Collaborate with program teams to gather stories and develop case studies that highlight the foundation’s impact.
- Participate in and contribute to online communities and forums that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Support partnership efforts with influencers or other organizations to expand brand reach and visibility.

**3. Web Content Management**
- Assist in updating website content regularly to keep it relevant and engaging.
- Gather information from various teams to ensure accurate and timely website updates.
- Contribute ideas to enhance user experience on the website.

**4. Report and Newsletter Development**
- Compile and design detailed reports on the organization’s activities, achievements, and impact.
- Customize reports to highlight areas of interest for specific donor audiences.
- Work with the team to create articles and brief research pieces as needed.

**5. Donor Engagement and Communication Support**
- Assist in executing donor engagement activities, including webinars, events, and other networking opportunities.
- Create content and materials for donor engagement events, both online and offline, to foster positive relationships with current and potential donors.

**6. Multi-Channel Messaging and Project Coordination**
- Support project management efforts, ensuring that communication timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with various teams to align messaging and project objectives, promoting smooth collaboration across departments.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
