**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Communications Associate** to join our growing Communications Team. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting engaging content for both internal and external audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and edit content such as press releases, newsletters, blog posts, website copy, and social media content.
- Coordinate with Creative and Business Teams to produce both digital and print communication materials.
- Maintain and update website and social media channels with relevant, consistent content.
- Assist in organizing events such as press conferences, public appearances, and promotional events.
- Manage incoming media and public inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
- Draft and circulate internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
- Support internal meetings and webinars, ensuring consistent messaging.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
