**Associate Corporate Communications**

**About Team**:
The Corporate Communications team at Myntra manages the gamut of activities that share organizational communications with internal and external stakeholders. This supports the organization in maintaining consistency and uniformity of messages, identity and image across all channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an able corporate communications professional who ensures that employees stay connected with the organisation’s mission, purpose, and goals through effective internal communications strategies and engagement events. The role requires a go-getter, comfortable in excelling in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated learning agility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to creating the consumer PR strategy for Myntra especially some of the emerging categories including Gen-Z, Beauty and Home
- Ability to manage creative and video projects
- Build & manage relations with key industry media, print, digital as well as electronic
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for fashion, beauty and lifestyle PR that go beyond traditional approaches
- Conceptualize and develop written materials for internal and external audiences
- Manage press events, creating messaging, briefs, press releases, fact sheets, Q&A, reactive statements
- Responsible for media monitoring and reports including social and online channels and follow up results by measuring media impact all PR activities
- Manage relationships with agencies and other stakeholders

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 4-6 years of experience in PR and corporate communication roles either in a PR agency or internet, technology and retail companies
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding of digital and social media tools and how they can be leveraged to amplify the message
- Action oriented with a strong focus on results
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage creative and video projects
