As a Corporate Legal Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the organization in various aspects of law practice. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1-Legal Research and Analysis:

- Conduct legal research on corporate law matters, including regulations, statutes, and case law.
- Analyze and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

2-Document Drafting and Review:

- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of legal documents with relevant laws and regulations.

3-Due Diligence:

- Support due diligence processes for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Review and analyze corporate records, financial documents, and other pertinent information.

4-Client Communication:

- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding legal matters and project updates.
- Assist in preparing legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for clients.

5-Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervising attorneys.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in corporate law.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
