LoB Overview (R&A Info Services) The ‘Customer Acquisition’ LOB is responsible for delivering the following solutions to our clients: R&A Info Services: Data collection, validation, and enrichment to support onboarding and engagement of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Online verifications/reviews and response/feedback. We ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and we enable a faster and better experience. Profile Description Role: Compliance Specialist Designation: Associate LOB: Operations (R&A Info Services) Reporting to: Deepak Kumar Yadav Location: Gurugram, Mumbai, Kolkata We are hiring compliance specialists for Insurance team to verify, reverify and upload insurance documents/certificates. A compliance specialist will also be asked to provide feedback (rejection notes), report modifications (changes required), and re-verifications. Most of the processes to be performed on the unified portal and there will be use of multiple communication channels. Key responsibilities - Review and verify Insurance certificates/documents and make sure they meet the requirements set by the specific client(s) - Upload Insurance certificates and data entry on the dedicated tool provided by the client - Keeping records of suppliers’/clients’ feedback - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary - 100% quality is a must - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide extreme quality - Complete the assigned work within 24 hours (internal SLA) - It is a target-based job Key highlights of this role (Optional) - Transparency - This is a very important role and the actions will be directly reflecting on the vendors portal and business terms with associated clients. Compliance specialists need to be very careful while reviewing the documents and should report immediately if they do or did different from the asked process - Pro-activeness - The job requires solid dedication and affirmed motivation to deliver at times. In these situations, the compliance specialists need to be head strong and take pro - active measures to deliver what is asked - Ownership - Once the training phase is completed and the compliance specialists are asked to work on the live environment, therefrom they will be solely responsible for the output of the review process Skillsets and experience - 1+ years of experience of working on any web-portal related to data uploading and modifications - MS Office (word and excel) exposure is a must - Good command over written & spoken English - Good command over written and spoken English - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively EducationGraduate or above Essentials for an uninterrupted delivery - Must have a flexible and can-do attitude as sometimes we might have to do overtime and work on weekends Overtime will be compensated - Must have a broadband or other internet equipment’s with high internet speed - Must have a power backup to run the work smoothly from home when needed Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 28/11/2024
