**Job Summary**:
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and personal support to an individual, often a senior executive, entrepreneur, or other professional. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating tasks, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Schedule and Calendar Management**:
- Organize and manage the employer’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Ensure the employer is aware of and prepared for all commitments.
**2. Communication Management**:
- Draft and edit letters, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
**3. Travel Arrangements**:
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business or personal travel.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle last-minute changes or issues.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
**4. Administrative Support**:
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient access to documents.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Organize and manage special projects or events as directed.
**5. Personal Assistance**:
- Run errands, such as purchasing gifts, picking up supplies, or managing household tasks.
- Coordinate with service providers, such as contractors, maintenance teams, or personal trainers.
- Handle personal tasks, such as managing the employer’s personal calendar or shopping.
**6. Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
**7. Problem-Solving**:
- Anticipate and address potential challenges or conflicts in the employer’s schedule or tasks.
- Proactively suggest solutions to improve efficiency and organization.
**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting executives or high-profile individuals.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
