**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize scripts and sales techniques to engage prospects and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Qualify leads by understanding the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up activities.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to interested prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for further discussion.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,384.54 - ₹33,852.09 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
