We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential clients over the phone, introduce our products, and set up meetings for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce Budhia Steel’s products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up with clients.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
