**Job description**

PENNEP is looking for a reliable, detail-orientated Recruiter to join our company. Relevant skill sets are important.

**Responsibilities**:
Execution of full life cycle recruitment; source, screen, submit, pipeline.

Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants.

Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process, included performing the necessary screening requirements.

Manage contract employees while on assignment, and place them again when coming off assignments.

Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including social media, job boards, database searches, etc.

Work to understand the client’s needs and react appropriately in environment of competing priorities.

Strong phone presence.

Strong team player

Ability to keep composure when handling multiple tasks.

Highly driven, calm, and creative, and the ability to set realistic goals.

Interest in the staffing and IT industry.

Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques.

**Nice to have skills and experience**

Ability to use ATLASSIAN platform (Jira, Confluence).

Automation skills using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is good to have.

Ability in prioritizing and work on multiple projects concurrently.

Bachelor's Degree

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
