**Overview**
- Employer Branding and EVP: Gain insights into employer branding strategies, understanding the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and how to communicate it to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Metrics and Analytics: Acquire knowledge of key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates, and utilize data analytics to optimize the recruitment process.
- Offer Management and Onboarding: Learn the process of making job offers, handling negotiations, and supporting the onboarding of new hires for a seamless integration into the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualification**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.
