- _ ** Check structural and MEP drawing with respect to architectural drawing**_
- _** Prepare sketch drawings for site clarificationsMaintain record of GFC drawings**_
- _ ** Issue GFC drawings on site**_
- _ ** Prepare architectural drawings as instructed by Architect**_
- _ ** Prepare drawings for site logistics**_
- _** Work out RERA, BUA and Construction areas as instructed by the architect**_
- _** Check Approval drawing with respect to latest architectural drawings**_
- _** Prepare and review drawings for MOEF and other approvals**_
- _** Maintain record of all approvalsPrepare sale unit plans for registration**_
- _** Check interior layouts of customer with respect to architectural and municipal drawing**_
- _**Qualifications and Requirements**:_
- _ ** Associate degree or certification in architectural drafting or a related field.**_
- _** Proven experience as an architectural draftsman, with knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.**_
- _ ** Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.**_
- _** Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and coordinate drawing issuance.**_
- _** Familiarity with regulatory approval processes and documentation.**_
- _** Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in drawings.**_
- _ ** Effective communication skills for collaboration within the design team**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
