We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller Sales Executive** to join our team at **Clever Minds TechSol LLP**. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our IT services to potential clients.

**Preference**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to promote IT services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information on our services.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business or Marketing).
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus, but not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to persuade customers and handle objections.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
