**The Job**
- ** Product + 0-1 GTM Expertise**: Leverage a deep understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies to spearhead new initiatives, ensuring rapid market adoption and success.
- ** Strategic Projects**: Partner closely with the COO to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive company growth and market expansion.
- ** Project Leadership**: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including scope, strategy, planning, development, and execution. Provide direction and innovative ideas to guide the team effectively.
- ** Executive Support**: Act as a key advisor to the leadership team. Facilitate decision-making, prepare materials for executive meetings, and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with company goals.
- ** Collaboration**: Lead cross-team coordination to achieve quarterly objectives and accelerate execution on new government projects.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to guide both tactical and strategic actions.
- ** Experience**: 3+ years of experience with the latest role in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, Founders Office, or EIR roles at Startups.
- ** First Principles Thinking**: Demonstrate the ability to break down complex problems and identify core elements to develop innovative solutions.
- ** Hustle & Hunger**: Exhibit a strong drive and relentless pursuit of goals, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success.
