About Gymclass:

Gymclass is building platform where trainers and customers connect seamlessly. Customers can book at-home sessions with certified personal trainers.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented EIR Intern to join our team. This is not a typical internship—it's a hands-on opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to be part of scaling a high-growth startup from the ground up. You will help expand Gymclass operations across different regions and cities, working directly with trainers and customers to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Gymclass expansion by scaling operations in new regions/cities.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard fitness trainers and gyms onto the platform.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Take ownership of growth targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct field work, meet with trainers/customers, and represent Gymclass in local communities.
  • Assist in building and executing strategies to strengthen trainer and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure processes are followed with attention to detail, while also innovating and improvising when needed.

  • Hands-on & resourceful – ready to roll up your sleeves and get the work done, whether it's field visits, calls, or operational execution.
  • Based in Delhi NCR, with flexibility for some travel/fieldwork.
Qualifications:
  • Current student or recent graduate (Business/Management/Marketing background preferred, but open to all).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote + field hybrid setup.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
