Founders-in-Residence Program at Wavemaker Impact: Empowering Visionaries to Tackle Climate Challenges

About the Role

We are seeking experienced founders/operators who are passionate about solving climate challenges at scale. As a Founder-in-Residence, you will embark on a 4-6 month journey to build and lead your own climate-tech startup from scratch, backed by our dedicated venture-building team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-found and lead your climate-tech startup, leveraging our resources and expertise to drive growth and impact.
  • Collaborate with our team to ideate, validate, and launch your startup, navigating the challenges and opportunities of building a successful business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • A committed and driven individual with a passion for tackling climate challenges.
  • An open-minded and resilient leader, comfortable with pivots, challenges, and uncertainty.
  • Ready to commit full-time for 18-24 months, dedicating yourself to the success of your startup.
