**About the role **We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) for an emerging HealthCare startup in FavcyVB. As the EIR for the venture, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and growth of the platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact project that will shape the future of remote healthcare and revolutionize how doctors interact with their patients.

**Venture Overview**:Our mission is to provide doctors with innovative tools and technologies that enhance their ability to deliver exceptional remote healthcare services. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) and drive the success of this exciting new venture.

**Job Location** - Hybrid (Remote+Delhi)

**Experience Required**:

- 1 to 2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the payment gateway venture, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue models.
- **Partnership Management**: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, telemedicine platforms, and relevant industry stakeholders to drive user adoption and platform growth.
- **User Acquisition and Engagement**: Develop and execute effective marketing and user acquisition strategies to attract doctors and ensure a steady influx of existing patients to the platform.
- **Operational Excellence**: Implement and optimize operational processes, including payment processing, security protocols, and compliance requirements, to ensure seamless and secure transactions for doctors and patients.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a high-performing team, including product managers, marketers, and customer support professionals, to deliver on business objectives and drive the success of the venture.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an entrepreneur, ideally within the healthcare industry, with a track record of launching and scaling innovative products and services in the telemedicine or digital health space.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the dynamics of remote healthcare delivery, patient-doctor interactions, and payment systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to remote consultations and payment processing, ensuring the platform adheres to industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare technology and familiarity with telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant digital tools used.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, partners, and stakeholders in the healthcare field.
- A bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 per month
