**About the Role**:
The **Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Intern** program is crafted for ambitious individuals who are eager to immerse themselves in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, executing high-priority projects, and learning the nuances of launching and scaling a venture.

This internship provides exposure to the fast-paced startup environment and equips you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in entrepreneurship.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Research and evaluate emerging market trends, competitor landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Assist in crafting strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies for innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, operations, and execution of key projects.
- Support fundraising activities, including creating investor pitch decks and financial models.
- Create comprehensive reports, insights, and data-driven recommendations for leadership.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, solve problems, and build innovative solutions.
- Design and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with startup founders, mentors, and industry experts to expand the network and explore collaborative opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate ideas and insights.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)** and familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or Trello is a plus.
- **Strong presentation and storytelling skills**, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player with a growth mindset.

New Delhi (In-office)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
