**What You'll Do**

In this dynamic role, you will:

- Architect end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, and data science operations.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Lead cross-functional projects and make high-level strategic decisions.
- Analyze system requirements and delegate tasks to engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and the CTO, ensuring alignment with the company's technological vision.
- Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

**Must-Have Skills**
- A strong technical background with qualifications in software engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and time-management.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
