Job Title: Chief of Staff

Reports To: CEO

Location: Work From Home

We are a start-up company that is wishing to acquire a business within a 6 months timeline. We are looking for someone who would be able to provide insights and expertise in discussing business acquisition goals and criteria in more detail. Someone who will be able to help us investigate, and create business plans and risks.

The Chief of Staff is a senior-level executive responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the CEO. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office
- Represent the CEO at meetings and events
- Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Manage projects and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the company's culture of innovation and excellence
- Looking at 10 business deals a week
- Provide a thorough investigation of the business listings
- Create business standard operating procedure

**Experience**:
4 years of Management (preferred)

4 years of Supervising (preferred)

Experience in working with US Clients (required)

Business operations experience (required)

Business acquisition experience (preferred)

Pay: ₹155,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
