- Venture 1 -_ Nahata Sports Complex is a prominent sports complex located in the heart of the city on Singhad road. This complex has been awarded as “THE MOST DEDICATED SPORTS COMPLEX” of the year 2021 by Sakaal Times. Here children are provided personal training for sports like Basketball, Skating, Cricket, Badminton and Karate. The complex has an a monthly search record of more then 25k and a consistent enrollment of more then 600 students.
- Venture 2_ - Nahata Lawns is a wedding venue on prominent Singhad road with a Lavish Green Lawn of 22000 sq.feet and parking of 50 cars. The venue also has two halls for indoor functions. This venue is termed to have the most economical packages in the whole city as this venture is linked with the roots of Nahata Events.
- Venture 3_- Dreams to Fly will be the world's first Education Search Engine Company in helping aspiring university students to search and enroll for university courses all over the world and talk to students worldwide. With under 1 billion yearly education searches, Dreams to Fly’s mission is to become the world's leader in search engine for education.

We are looking for highly motivated and creative employees with interest in Sales to join our growing team of Nahata Sports Complex, Lawns and Dreams to Fly which is a Consultancy firm having global presence. It is a results-driven role for a Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

A) Responsibilties:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
