- 3 years of experience in Real Estate industry or related.
- Minimum experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Eligibility:

- Only male applicants are required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards, quality issues, or deviations from plans.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work schedules, and material deliveries.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Monitor budgetary constraints and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining project quality standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential delays.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to on-site personnel to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes throughout the construction process.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
