Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years as a Site Supervisor
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a site supervisor in the real estate industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize project efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and architects.

Other Qualifications:

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
