- 25,000 To 30,000 Per Month.

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in civil engineering

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years as a site engineer / site supervisor.
- Minimum Experience : Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and report updates to project managers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and client expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to construction crew as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates

Requirements for the Position of Site Supervisor:

- Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using construction-related tools and equipment. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
