**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Hospital Operations Management**:

- Monitor and supervise hospital operations during the night shift.
- Ensure all departments are functioning smoothly and resolve any operational issues.
- Coordinate with medical and support staff to address patient needs promptly.
- **Receptionist Duties**:

- Serve as the primary contact for patients, visitors, and emergency cases during the night.
- Handle patient admissions, billing inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Respond to phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- **Night Shift In-Charge**:

- Ensure the safety and security of the hospital premises during the night.
- Act as the first point of escalation for any critical incidents or emergencies.
- Coordinate with the management team and provide end-of-shift reports highlighting significant events or issues.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of patient and visitor interactions.
- Ensure proper handover of duties and information to the day shift team.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related fields).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hospital management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.
