**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Laboratory Support**:

- Assist with preparing laboratory equipment and materials for experiments and analyses.
- Conduct routine tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols.
- Record and analyze data, and prepare detailed reports as required.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Perform routine checks and minor repairs on lab equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- **Sample Management**:

- Collect, label, and store samples in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Prepare samples for analysis and ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of lab activities and safety inspections.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Order and restock materials and reagents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and orders.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and report generation.
- Support lab staff with various clerical tasks and coordination efforts.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with scientists, researchers, and other lab personnel to support project goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on lab activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s degree in Chemistry, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting or similar environment in a chemical industry
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in conducting experiments and recording data.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), gmail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
