We Are Hiring Customer Support Executive ( Domestic Voice Process )
Location : Kharadi Pune
Salary : 28k to 40k
Experience : Fresher and Experience Both Can apply
We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Pune location. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution: Provide effective solutions to customer problems in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Process Adherence: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in service delivery.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers where applicable.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and sales, to ensure customer needs are met.
Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
Shift Work: Be open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
Requirements: Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in customer support, call centre, or BPO is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing processes, tools, and customer needs.
