**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
**Department**: BPO - Insurance Support
**Location**: Pune Kharadi
**Interview Mode - Walk-in**

**Salary - Up to 30 k**

**Experience - Freshers - 5 Years**

**Language Preferred -**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for queries related to motor and life insurance policies.
- Assist customers with policy information, claims status, renewals, and other related queries.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions within specified timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance standards while handling sensitive customer information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **English**, **Tamil**, **Malayalam**, and **Kannada** is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a customer support or BPO role is preferred, especially in the insurance domain.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Familiarity with motor and life insurance policies is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of insurance-related processes and regulations.
- Multitasking skills to handle calls and document customer interactions simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
