It currently runs 11 programs, including Maternal & Newborn Health, Child Health & Nutrition (AAHAR), Adolescent Health (EHSAS), Prevention of Violence, SNEHA Centre, SNEHA Shakti, Healthy Cities Project, Samagra, Palliative Care, Livelihood Generation, and Research & Central Operations. **About the profile -** The Fundraising Coordinator will help with execution of the organization’s fundraising plan. The role involves working actively with SNEHA program teams and domain functions, including Finance, Communications, Admin, IM and HR. Externally the role will interface with CSR donors, prospective donors, Indian and international Foundations, Retail donors, Institutional donors, Software vendor (for donor management software), Crowdfunding platforms, Accreditation agencies, and Social sector Intermediary organisations.

**Roles and responsibilities -**
- Support due diligence and accreditation processes; assist with proposal and form submissions
- Manage donor data and reporting systems; stay updated on system changes
- Track and enable timely donor communication and reporting
- Plan and execute donor events (Marathon, Fundraisers, Roundtables, etc.)
- Coordinate with teams for proposal submissions and donor reports
- Facilitate donor and stakeholder site visits
- Design and implement retail fundraising campaigns (online/offline, schools, colleges)
- Liaise with Communications for campaign content and donor outreach
- Organize employee and volunteer engagement activities
- Support additional tasks aligned with fundraising goals
- Follow SNEHA’s values, policies, and guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
