**Job Type**: Full-time

**Certifications Preferred**: CCNA, CCNP, MCSA/MCSE

**Key Responsibilities: Server & Cloud Administration**:

- Install, configure, and maintain **Windows Server 2019**.
- Manage and monitor **Microsoft 365 Admin Center** (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Maintain user accounts, roles, and group policies.
- Perform regular backups, patch management, and system updates.

**Network Management**:

- Setup and troubleshoot **LAN/WAN networks**, Internet connectivity, and IP configuration.
- Configure and maintain **Routers, Switches, and Firewalls** (Cisco preferred).
- Ensure network security using firewalls, VPNs, and other protective technologies.
- Handle structured cabling and cable management.

**Virtual Server Management**:

- Manage **virtual machines**, including **resource allocation (storage, memory, CPU)**.
- Increase or decrease **storage and compute resources** as per requirement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot virtual server performance and uptime.

**Zoho & Other Tools**:

- Administer **Zoho suite** (CRM, Desk, Projects, etc.) and resolve user issues.
- Implement automation and integrations where possible.

**Asset & Tools Management**:

- Maintain inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, servers, cameras, etc.
- Track and manage **hardware/software licensing and warranties**.
- Monitor and support **CCTV cameras**, biometric devices, and other tools.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Windows Server 2019**, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft 365 Admin Center**.
- Hands-on with **Zoho** products.
- **Firewall configuration** and **network security protocols**.
- Understanding of **LAN/WAN networking**, subnetting, routing (CCNA/CCNP level).
- Experience in **virtualization platforms** (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.).
- IT asset tracking, maintenance, and procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications**:CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE** preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network support.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize issues.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,078.75 per month
