Join our growing team in shaping impactful digital experiences that make a difference.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate is a passionate coder who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a keen interest in both front-end and back-end technologies.You’ll work closely with our developers, designers, and project managers to build scalable, high-performance web applications and bring innovative digital products to life.Note: Immediate joiners will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.Work on server-side development with technologies such as Node.Js, Express, Python, or similar stacks.Connect front-end components to back-end systems and integrate databases (e.G., MySQL, MongoDB).Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.Integrate APIs and third-party services efficiently and securely.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in web development.QualificationsRequired:1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar development role.Strong understanding of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.Js.Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.Js, Python, or PHP.Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub).Understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Preferred (Nice to Have):Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
