Key Responsibilities: - Front-End Development: Create responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Back-End Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side functionality. - Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure the website works flawlessly across different browsers and devices. - Web Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed and scalability. - Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with performance, bugs, and user experience. - Code Reviews: Collaborate with team members through regular code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality. - Version Control: Use Git and other version control systems to manage code changes efficiently. - Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and project goals. - Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest web development trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve our web products. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience. - Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. - Back-End Technologies: Basic understanding of server-side technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Python. - Responsive Design: Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. - Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems. - Web Performance: Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, minification, caching). - Problem-Solving: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
