_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Identify and engage new sales channels, distributors, and retailers to expand Anuj Dairy’s reach and product availability in the market.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as set by the company.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and current trends in the dairy industry.
- Gather feedback on our products and services, and present insights to help improve offerings and customer experience.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Anuj Dairy’s products.
- Organize and participate in product promotions, events, and in-store activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
- Addressing customer complaints.

**Reporting & Performance Monitoring**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and budget tracking.
- Provide feedback to management on sales performance, customer insights, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned area.

**Mandatory**:

- _**Must own a bike (mandatory for traveling to clients and customers).**_

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
